What are some fast easy and healthy foods for breakfast and lunch?

Im trying to lose weight befor summer!any tips?what are some fast good tasting low calorie foods that I can make for lunch and breakfast?thankz!

total, special k, oatmeal, yogurt fortified with vitamins, fresh fruit, I would also suggest a daily vitamin complex if you are like most people(me included) and dont have a nutritionally proper diet.
