How can I lose wight for free?

I need a list of things, like what food to eat, and when to eat it, and same with exrsizeing. Its just I dont like ordering things, can you please!!! Help me!!! I looked every wear!!! Please!!!

You can walk that’s how I lose weight and you can still eat the same stuff that you always do just cut down the amount you eat. And when you think your hungry go get a glass of water cause somtimes you thirsty not hungry.

eat fruits and veggies. I like greek yogurt and organic apple sauce for snacks. Also eat only bread that is wheat and I try to get everything whole grain cause it fills you up quicker and has more vitamins. Anything enriched is chemically enriched and not naturally so your body does not absorb it as well.

Stay active and keep your metabolism high!
