how can I lose my stomach but keep my chest and thighs?

I need to lose my stomach.I have a nice body and don’t want to lose anythinq else.so how can I just lose the stomach?

Lotsa ab work; sit-up, crunches, plank, etc.

Spot reduction is a myth. You can do a hundred crunches, minutes of planks and you will tone and have a firm stomach, but it will be hidden under the fat. Your body loses fat where it wants to (though wouldn’t it be amazing if you could choose?). Cardio and core work will be your best friend.

You can try all the things people posted to try to tone your stomach, but spot reduction doesn’t work. You can’t really change the weight of one part of your body without effecting other parts.

I’m working on the same thing. I want my entire figure to stay the same so during the day I relax my stomach then work out doing sit ups and crunches. Also walking helps just don’t do it to much were it will affect your whole body.
