Uh, first work on your spelling.. Lol, that stuff bothers me. Ha, anyways. Definitely do sit ups. But not only those, you should run too. Uh, I’m a pole vaulter so we have certain ab workouts that we do, so if you want to I can try to explain them to you. They’re really effective..

Avoid the stair climber it tones your glutes and more muscle means more fat burning, low carbs and saying NO to white flours/rice/ect will help nix the belly along with sit up and core workouts (think planks). Have you thought of trying yoga?
