How can I get ripped in 3 months ?

I am very skinny and weak and I want get ripped over the summer.what can I do to get bigger arms, a six pack, and get lean ?

Well, you can’t perform miracles in a limited period, but you should do some cardio every single day, and also lift weights every day. But you should every muscle group at least one day of rest. About your food, well, binge on proteins (as a matter of speaking, you should just eat lots of them) to feed your muscle, and cut down on the carbs. Ideal to burn fat is to do your cardio in the morning. Whenever you start to feel a bit discouraged, you could think of summer of take a ‘before’ picture and look at it. Take one after too, and you’ll be amazed.

Since you skinny you gotta eat a lot gain mass eat 5-6 smaller meals about 3-2 hours in between each meal instead of just 3 big meals a day, go to your gym have a plan before you go and don’t try to work out your whole body in one day split it in to 3-4 days and leave at least 2-3 days of rest cause you actually build muscle while your resting when your in the gym your breaking it down so it can repair itself and get bigger, 3 months is a short period so get cracking need more info feel free to fm me

Get some PROTEIN!!! whey protein is great and do some pushups…but perfect pushups and start small and work your way up! p90X shit is hard

Get a gym membership, and stop by everyday for about an hour or two. Believe me, my brother stuck to that, and he has gained a lot of muscle mass in a short amount of time.
