How and when is it right for a mother to say I'm not allowed to ta?

sorry I ran out of room on the questionbut here it is: when and how is it right that my mother will not let me talk to my brother? He was my best friend until he had to run away 2 years ago. We talked a little between these few years because my mother hates when I talk to him. I saw him new years day and she told me I was never allowed to talk or see him again until I move out of her house so I asked if I could go live with my dad and she said no and if you really wantto leave I’ll take you to strickland. So I’m till with her but I want to know if she can actually stop me. I’m 15 and legally old enough to decide where I want to live but is it right she won’t let any talk to my brother??!?!?

Answer #1

hat wouldn’t work bc she’s already stated that he is dead to her. Completely dead . And there is no restraining order. I talked to her about it again and she mentioned juvy AGAIN

Answer #2

While you are under her costody she is allowed to not let you go to him but if he wants to visit and he is not stopped by the law he has a right and so do you, but wait till you get whit your dad that way you can cause less troubles and also it will be easier for you…

GOOD LUCK:)

Answer #3

if there is a restraing order yes she can say that. if there isnt then no she cant. talk to her though. My brother died when I was little. He was 7. My mom would do anything in the world possible if she could have talked to him one last time. Ask your mom if something happened to your brother that he died and she was acting like this to him and she could never appolgize what would she feel like.
