Why am I having hot flashes, when it's cold?

Everyday, at least once or twice a day I get hot all of a sudden. Yet, nobody else is hot. It’s cold outside. What could be causing this?

Sounds like you are either over-heated, or it could be the flu.

Answer #3

I thought only menopausal women get hot flashes. But I think I know what you mean. When is cold and you feel uncomfortably warm. I can’t stand if I may have too many layers or doing a little more work and you start sweating and it is cold. Then sweat gets cold and your clothes are slightly humid and get goosebumps. Those are the hot flashes I get! :D
