Why do I get hot flashes if I'm not close to menopause?

I find that quite often I get hot flashes. and im no where near menopause. what could cause thisss

Hi,

These are the causes of hot flashes, besides menopause:

* Generalized anxiety disorder 
* Hypergonadotropic (ovarian failure)
* Panhypopituitarism (thyroid disorder)
* Panic attack
* Panic disorder

You could be stressed out. Imbalance in hormone levels are another factor that affects the periods and causes hot flashes.
