What's good stuff to eat on a diet?
so im on a diet to lose 10 pounds. and I make a fruit smoothie everymorning. that has non-fat milk,bannana,strawberries,apple,and ice. do you think tha has fat ? and can you gimme some advice on what to eat. I want to lose them in 2 months.
Yeah don’t put too many fruits in it. And as told drink a lot of water!!Make sure you eat a lot of vegetables. And you’ll be doing fine =].

If you want the smoothie to control hunger, you should add oatmeal, flax seed or whey powder. Here are some smoothie recipes that are part of the Abs diet to help control hunger.
Strawberry Field Marshall Smoothie (number of power foods: 5) 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla 1 cup 1% milk (or non fat, your choice) 2 teaspoons peanut butter 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 teaspoons whey powder 6 ice cubes, crushed

umm…if you get a big tub of dannon light yogurt on the back is a really good smoothie recipe!!! I think its: 1 cup of low fat yougurt 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup bananas 1/2 ice

but fruit has a lot of sugars in it so you may not wan to put that much fruit in it!!! for lunch have a lot of salads!!! well like one for a day!!! and you should be doing ok!!!
well no I didn’t put any sugar in it. all natural.
um,…drink tooonss of water it washes you system out really fast!
and as for the smoothie..doesnt it have a lot of suger?
