Help need to loose weight for wedding

I need to know the easiest way to loose weight by the end of this coming october! Im needing to loose my stomach to fit in the dress for the wedding. I’m 5’8” @ 188.5 pounds @ the age of 25. it’s hard for me to do a lot of exercising cause I have a messed up ankle and within 15min. Of walking it hurts. I already drink tons of water, and don’t eat that much. Can anybody out there help give me suggestions on how to loose weight? I’d greatlly appreciate it! Take care

hello I totally understand the panic you are going thru. and I can honestly say that boxing classes wold be ideal you mainly work your abs and legs and not a lot of running. trust me you sweat like you have no idea. cut back on late dinners and drink plenty of water not hot nor cold just at room temp. cereals in the morning for breakfast and just a portion of food not till your stomach is full. also its very important not to starve yourself. but try the boxing and you will see what I mean do it 2 hrs everyday and you will loose all the lbs you want. besides it will make you look like a hot bride for that special day! ;P (boxing also slims the arms)

look up the grapefruit diet or cabbage diet on youtube to start out then slowly start eating healthy and no pop or junk food starting now. Also what good in speeding up weight loss for caffeine drink green tea and drink bottled water but the trick is squeeze a lime into every bottle you drink also helps burn fat, 30 min walk daily at the least start adding your calories keep it to 1,000-1,200 a day also
