How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

Get a workout video!! You might feel stupid doing it, but it’s actually fun! Usually it’s only 30-40 mins long and you do it about 2-3 times a week or everyday if you have enough time. By doing a workout video you might not actually DROP down in numbers on the scale, but it’s going to tighten up the extra baggage around the stomach, thighs and butt and make you look loads skinnier.
Make sure you are eating breakfast. You’ll end up actually losing weight because it gets your metabolism working early in the morning so you’ll burn calories all day, not just after lunch. (P.S. try eating celery at lunch times and for snacks. You burn more calories eating it than it actually gives you, yet it fills you up!)

Well for starters, you don’t seem paticularly large but you know. Secondly youo are REALLY pretty and you very insecure for someone so goergeous, and thirdly I wanted to loose weight to because all I saw was the dreadful number on my weigh scales, but I then realised that your weight isn’t really a very accurate way of telling you what your body is like - because like 80% of your body weight is muscle! So I guess my advice is follow a healthy diet, and do regular excersise and I youo still weight the same its because youre healthy.
btw - dance is a great form of excersise, because its enjoyable so you dont feel like your excersising as much and it also works on toneing everything!
