Help me lose weight

im 5’9 and 150 pounds. I really want to get a little skinnier and am starting to eat right and excersixe more. is there anything else I can do to get slimmer. im not talking about diet pills b.c I cant get my hands on those, but is there anything I can do easily like from my house.?? thanks.

  One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

you, the guy above me…thats a fairly good idea. Seriously, you can’t rush losing weight. It just happens. check the nutritional facts on the foods that you eat, and make sure they’re high in fiber and low in sugar, but they cant have aspartame either, thats bad for you. a good trick is to recognize the difference between being hungry and wanting to eat. Like when you smell a cookie, you want to eat it, but your not hungry. try not to eat unless your actually hungry. Also, it’s actually proven that skipping dinner will make you lose less weight than skipping other meals! I have an aunt that got really skinny with it, she lost a lot of weight. have a moderate breakfast, dont skip that, then when your hungry eat a slightly more than moderate lunch. for dinner, if your hungry just have a snack, but not an actual meal. When you eat a lot at dinner, what happens is that you store energy and you dont use it, so your body turns it to fat. this should work for u, it worked for me until I cheated!

running in place in your room relle works. you cant do it for 10 min then stop, you gotta constantly run in place for about 45 minutes minimum for a good workout. just blast the radio, and run. it relle works, but just have h2o in your room and DONT STOP RUNNING!!! I ran for 2 hours 45 min the other day…I was exhausted after, and my legs were in pain the next day…but it works!!!

a good way to get rid of belly fat is if you don’t feel like being outside doing somthing , but just feel like watching tv. when your show goes onto commercial do a few cruches or stretches or little excersices to help pass the time and burn some calories and if you are hungry instead of munching a potatoe chips or something full of fat and really greasy, munch on carrots or celory or something really healthy even a salad just not to much dressing. good luck…!!
