how can I get rid of the virus heat from my computer
I use Spybot -Search and Destroy and it always gets the job done. Plus, I download a lot so it’s a toughie

AVG has a free home edition too, it’s better than Avast I’d say. If you have a bit torrent application you can find full version pro applications on any bit torrent search engine. Of course these professional versions are pirated copies but if your not sqemish about those kinds of things it’s the best way to go. I suggest ESET NOD32, or Kapersky antivirus.
go to www.avast.com and download the virus cleaner and then you can if you like download avast home edition which is free. (Virus cleaner is also free.)
Some people use ant virus programs to remove some harmful programs but it can only identify those viruses (programs) which it knows of.
The only 100% way to remove all viruses is to reformat and install your OS. Its takes about 2 hours and you lose all the information on your hard drive.
