How to get rid of my computer slowness?

my computer is acting very slow and have lots of eror message how can I get rid of this?

Lots of error messages in Windows XP? doesn’t sound too good. Best to start with running a virus scan and any other malware programs you have. It sounds a bit like a virus has got into the XP system files and corrupted some - it may be necessary to re-install Windows, but lets hope not - and if there’s viruses on your computer a re-install of Windows will just get attacked by the virus anyway.

well I would first have the computer have a virus scan and if it has someone I would try to fix them or delete them so my computer doesn’t toally get infected

de fragt the hd clean up the hd and also running vires scanss and a disk check
