How to stop me from eating supper?

Hey guys,just finish eating my supper.And I’ve ate a lot.Really a lot.Im on diet now and I eat one meal everyday.But today I never ate full meal.So maybe this causes me to be hungry at night.And when I ate my supper just now,im totally out of control.I thought if I ate till my stomach is going to burst and I can go vomit out.But end up I cant vomit.I seldom eat supper.Will I gain weight?I just weigh myself.Still the same.But will I gain weight tomorrow or what?

yea I guess 6 small meals a day sounds good because if you go to long between meals your body will start storing fat for the next time you go a while without food thats a good way to gain same with the eating at night thing your matabolism speeds up after a meal to help your body break it down if you go to sleep right after eating that kinda of ruins that try going without food for at least an hour before you sleep most people say to try not to eat after 7pm if you r planing on having a big meal the most important is breakfast good luck dont try anything crazy or you will end up with a problem

u can do all of the things above or make your meal in the afternoon instead of supper… just an idea

You shouldn’t skip meals. When you begin to eat normally again, you’ll gain weight. If you continue to not eat enough, you die.

just eat 6 smalll meals a day and while doing that exersize daily or whenever you can
