Unfortunately it’s just something you’ll HAVE to deal with. It’s part of being a women and being mature. If the pain is unbearable or you have other issues you’ll need to see a doctor.

talk to your doctor, you may have somthing wrong, because the pain is not as bad as it sounds like you are going through, you may have cyst, so maybe need a full Hysterectomy

I agree with Tinkers, good drugs, good movies and a big heating pad, with hot showers between movies.

Then go to your doc and tell them what you said here and see if they can help.

Wow. Talk to your gynecologist about Seasonique. It’s a birth control pill that only gives you four periods a year. Or, put on your big girl panties like the rest of us women and pop a couple midols and deal with it. :)
