If you are pregnant and you have a baby, do you stop having periods?

If you do bleed during pregnancy then you need to see your doctor or midwife straight away. After you have your baby , periods do come back. So remember, contraception after giving birth.

You won’t have your period while you’re pregnant, but you will get it back once the baby is born. Bummer, I know.
