How I can stimulate my pituitary gland?

Home More advice Health

after some research on healthy nutritional foods I thought I had it figured out, but as I traveled down the rabbit hole, it got narrower and I became uncertain. Certain foods contain goitrogen which suppress the function of the thyroid, I.e: Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale, Kohlrabi, Mustard, Rutabaga, Turnips , Millet, Peaches, Pears, Peanuts, Radishes, Soybean and soy products, including tofu, Spinach, Strawberries, canola oil, and a few others. Not to alarm anyone, only people with thyroid deficiencies should be worried about excessive amounts of these foods but other than that, these foods are quite healthy for you :) Now, for my statement and then question. I already have a concept on my question but I would like to hear from what you know so I can compare it and to get a better understanding. Could you explain how I can stimulate my pituitary gland pretty please with a cherry on top? Also, if you have time, could you include some other foods or ideas that I may include into my daily intake of foods to increase my hormones to reach my maximum potential growth, please with a chocolate covered strawberry on top of a mountain of ice cream cake? If I don't get any answers then I will never come back to this site ever again. :(
