I totally can relate to how bad your head may feel. I’m assuming it’s probably a migraine.. with a little bit of a cold on top of it.. The head part of hurting everywhere and making you see blurry makes me think it’s a migraine… Are you feeling nauseated at all??? The runny nose, cough, and sore throat makes me think you have some sort of cold… Or… Do you think you have a cold and it could have turned into a sinus infection??? Are you all congested in the head??? LIke a stuffy nose?? Congestion causes major head aches too sometimes.. Some symptoms of a migraine coudl be, a throbbing headache, headache in your eye area, The headache will increase or get worse if you move, or see light, or hear sound. If you think it’s a migraine try taking Excedrin Migraine, if that doesn’t work, go to the Dr. and request a migraine medication to help you.. I know migraines can be miserable.. the longer you wait, the worse it is going to get…

If you think it’s just a cold and you are really congested, try a decongestant , or antihistamine, or a nasal spray. The nasal spray will help a lot, It’s disgusting to do, and makes your eyes water, but I have to use it and will only use it when my head is so clogged I can’t stand it anymore!!! Good luck!!

ok well go to your doctor and have an mri…your pituitary gland- a hormone prodcing gland- could contain a tumor! it sounds scary but my bro had one and he is fine…the symptoms are nasuea headaches irritation to light blurreed vision vomiting and others

just go request an mri they dont hurt but if you have braces you cant get one :( but just tell them everything you wrote and if they say it is just a migrain tell them you would like an mri just to be sure…if you live near boston and it is a tumor you will go to the childrens hospital where they will remove it threw the nose…your head wont be shaved or any thing :)…and request doc. black he is really good! after surgery dont drink dairy! have water!!! lol ok im sorry if I am freaking you out but this is IF and only IF you have a tumor…dont worry though your doc and me will help…fun mail me w/ the results !

Well you could have a sinus infection, allergies, not enough water, stress, or need to make a bowel movement. What to do I usually more drink, try steam, clean out my sinuses (sea spray, nettie pot, etc, anything NATURAL,), and I not only stretch my neck muscles (as long as it takes to strtech pain free, forward, to the front left and then slowly move my head about 1/4 inch at a time and hold it until I have worked all the way around my shoulders), I have exercised my eyes, this elleviates some strain (up upper left, and so on). However I would also suggest that you talk to your doctor regarding an MRI as recommended above if symptoms continue. I know this all sounds a bit hippie, but I have sufferred years of headaches and after receiving regular chiropractic care and myotherapy, I feel incredible, and my vertigo has subsided.

I have asthma and I do this breathing exercise called buteyko. It works like magic. I dont need meds or anything. it works for migranes, sinus issues and many other things. google it and you’ll come to their buteyko-asia website. email jac if you like and he’ll fill you in on what you can do until you learn it. in the meantime, have a pinch of SEA SALT morning, day and night. it should reduce your headache. good luck
