How do I become happy again and not think much?

Someone please tell me how not not be depressed all the time because the lack of demand for my business and my products in the market anymore? and due to this stress how should I keep quiet when I don’t like what the other person is saying instead of attacking them and making them quiet and feel ok? I have been seriously angry and have been taking it out on mostly my loved ones… Please help me become mature and professional again??

Take a break from your work for a while and go do something you enjoy or spend time with some close friends.

I think the best idea is to take a short break from work. Take a vacation, pick up a hobby or spend time with friends. It also might help to let out your aggression and stress in a diary, journal or even a piece of art. Then, when you feel you’ve recuperated, slowly return to your work with a clear, fresh mind. Xx
