What will happen if my boyfriend is the key witness in a robbery?
My boyfriend just got robbed at his job and they caught the person who did it. He gave a positive identification but is that all he has to do or does he have to go to court or something?
oh maybe. if he does all he will do is testify for the judge. pretty much explain what he saw.
Well, seems simple enough I guess. It’s his first day back after our car accident. Haha. Some week. :T
Nothing bad, he will just have to tell the cops and judge what he saw, questions about how the robbers looked like and stuff like that, and that’s it.
