How can I grow my hair healthier and longer?

Hmm well, coconut or olive oil works best:) I usually take a little in my hands and gently massage one part then go on repeating the process all over my head.. It works bet when your hair gets pretty greasy with the oil since there will be more oil and more works faster.. After putting the oil, gently massage the roots to tips of your hair and leave it for like minimum 30 minutes, max one hour. You’ll have a hard time rinsing off the oil the first few times but you’ll get used to it:)

Well, there is olive oil, that is most commonly used.. You jut take a little in your palm and gently massage your scalp using the oil. Little by little, do your whole head and then after you’re done, massage your head for a few minutes again to make sure that the oil gets to your roots of your hair.. Then gently comb through and leave for an hour or two.. While rinsing, take some extra time to make sure you don’t have oil in your head, you’ll see the difference almost immediately:) your hair will feel more softer and shinier:)
