I am a guy 29 years old and im not sure what to do with my hair since I want to have very very long hair. I want to grow my hair down to atleast the middle of my back. What can I do to help my hair grow faster and healthier?
theres not much you can do, but what helps a little is massaging your head every day for about 10 minutes, it stimulates blood flow to the scalp, and it helps hair grow a little faster, and healthier. example: the average persons hair grows about 1/2 inch a month, as did mine, but once I started doing the massage thing, my hair started to grow about an inch a month.
theres nothing that will make your hair go faster but as long as you keep it healthy [get it trimmed regularly] it will grow without getting split ends. just keep it healhty and let it grow.
there are many remedies people have come up with they don't really work so the best thing to do is just let it grow at its normal pace.
