How to make my hair grow faster and longer?

At yesterday, I went to cut my hair I decided to cut shoulder-length that I was tired of having a long hair and I wanted to change it. But at later at night, I tried to sleep I couldn’t sleep at two hours because I was thinking about my hair that I felt not ready to cut three inches. I thought I would like to cut three inches off but I just tried to change it but I didn’t like it. I miss my long hair that my hair always grow fast and my hair grows one inch at a month and 12 inches at one year. But I really miss long hair and that I tried to make messy bun that I couldn’t do it because too small bun. I don’t like to get hair extensions and I want to grow it. I also I don’t like to get medicine for make hair grow faster and I want to make my hair grow faster without buy hair growth faster. Please help me how my hair grows at three inches longer now than wait for three months to grow?

massaging the scalp encourages hair growth. also your hair likes to be kept warm. but don’t have hot showers or heat style your hair without a protectant.

2 birth control pills crush them up and put them in your shampoo and it will grow FAST mine is as short as yours and now it is growing and I got it cut like 2 weeks ago I hate my hair

brush it for at least 3 mins every night with a soft hair brush; also massage the scalp every in a while with any hair oil of your preference, that would encourage the hair to grow faster and healthier.
