Great Danes

I really want a great dane more than anything but I want more info on them whats a good website that tells you: how to care for them what supplies you need how to train them what color is natural and healthy and where to get them

I’ve been looking everywhere and I might just have to resort to a book shivers oh and if anyone out there has one, how are they like? arent they cute? :D Thanks!!!

There are many many more breed information sites on the web.

PLEASE do full research on any type of breed you plan to get to make sure that the breed is right for you and that you are right for that breed. Also keep in mind that not every dog of that breed will be the same, the descriptions are just a generalization of the breed.

AND, I realize that a breed like Great Dane is extremely difficult to find but if you can, adopt a dog from a nearby shelter or rescue organization, instead of buying one. Also realize that if you must buy from a shop or breeder, check them out first. Some breeders are horrible horrible people. Ask to see their placement grounds first. research the specific breed lineage.

I’ve had danes my whole life.. they are great dogs.. friendly with everyone.. but they can get rele rele big.. and they dont att as much as you think though.. they get along with other pets very well too.. but you gotta keep them active or they will get lazy and gain weight easily… nething else you need to know add meh as a friend
