There really isn't any "good" way at all. Your body requires so many hours of sleep to maintain itself. If you don't see that it gets it, then your body starts getting sick and basically your brain will not funcition to it's best potential and it will basically get "stupid" on you overall due to lack of sleep and insufficient time to repair itself during what is called "rem", or deep, sleep. The only possible way to do what you are asking successfully is to ensure that you get enough sleep and a proper diet... perhaps sleeping in the afternoon if you are going to stay up all night and be in school all day. Facts are just facts. If you try to run yourself 24 hours each and every day, then you will simply eventually "crash and burn". That is simply not intelligent or very brilliant to try to do that.... so, ya' gotta be a lot smarter in budgeting your time is all.
Rubbercrutches is right....You'll probably feel good till about 11:00, and then your brain will start to shut down.....and if you're lucky, you'll make it thru the day without getting busted sleeping in class.
why on earth would you want to do that for? Sleep is amazing.
