1. I got most of the way through, but found the characters two-dimensional and the plot repetitive. Also, far too many “begats”.

More seriously, though…

2. Few people read it cover-to-cover. They usually just consult it to justify whatever position they’ve already decided is right. I find http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/ particularly useful, though.
3. You don’t. Though really, it’s a collection of crackpots, not just one.
4. The heavier editions are good for thumping people with, if that’s what you mean.

eyoel: That is really painful to read. Have you considered a spell checker? Or at least try to get it right?
