Getting thinner

I just want to tone my stomache and lose a little weight before school starts. Any effective diets/ soultion/exersizes that work really good and is fast and fun???

Well, I found that walking to and from school made the pounds drop off, and carrying huge heavy bags lol!

Have you got a dog? Walks in the park are pretty good, or sit ups and push ups (that said, I think exercises the whole body like going for a run or a bike ride gets the stomach toned much more quickly). And singing, believe it or not. But that would take a while lol!

Good old fashioned sit ups, and if you want to tone the lower part of your stomach, then lay down on your back and then do leg raises, but when you lower them again, only let them get 6 inches from the ground before you go back up. I know a bunch of other things, because I do stuff like that for soccer all the time. Funmail me if you are interested in the other excersizes
