I can get motivated to lose weight ?

In august this year I was pretty heavy and quite fat I managed to lose about 3 stone. I was so motivated and never had a treat and was so strict and ate barely anything. Unfortunately I gained a stone just a few months after :( Now I want to lose that stone again but just cant get motivated and keep binge eating!!! Help how can I get motivated because I keep reaching for the cupboard which I never even dare do on my other diet ?? Please help I really want to lose this extra weight???

im not sure if this will work but…put a picture of your favourite celebrity (ie. joe jonas, chace crawford, zac effron…etc) on your cupboard door! then when you open the door to get a snack, you’ll see the picture and feel guilty!! it motivated me, and now im pretty skinny! good luck!

You need to dig a bit deeper. You need to discover the “trigger” meaning what triggers you to want food. It can be a simple as a habit like when the phone rings you pick it up or something emotional triggers you.

If I’m focused on something I can go 6-7 hours w/o eating, but watching tv every 30 mins up looking for food. That’s just an example..
