under georgia law at what age can a teenager move out legally ?

i am 18 and i am planning to move out but my mother wants me to stay until the age 21 because a “friend” told her that at age 18 i can’t move out until i complete 21. i know that at age 18 there is a certain curfew but she thinks that she will get in trouble even though i wouldn’t be living with her very soon. i would like some advice about this problem and some more information about georgia state law of moving out a certain age.

Well her “friend” is wrong, in the US you can move out when you turn 18
