We can look for understanding and wisdom but we never really find it until we are in our deepest state of need. Take a look at Dr. King, for years people have looked for his wisdom but it did not come around until there was a desperation for it. Same for Yeshua, G-d sent him on (by his calculations) perfect timing, not many in our line of faith appreciate the troubled times they had back then compared to today. But isn’t that just like our G-d? Showing his true power by saving us at the last minute. I will say that yes we are the sum total of more then we will ever learn, after all we were saved by a sacrifice of an all wise son.
