I would like to gain some weight, how do I do?

I would like to gain some weight. Well, basically muscle on my arms, and thighs and calves. How could I do that at home and quick ? I’d also like to get some meat on my butt! I’m a pretty healthy eater, I’m just really skinny and I hate it. I like my stomach, it’s just everything else.

Any help ?

take vitemans to build strong bones, I know it sounds lame, but it works.. when you work out, (ex: jogging, swimming, ect…) try to suck in, because when you do this all the fat in you body like in your stomac and arms goes into your butt & brest, idont know how, but it just does.. hoped I helped .. =]

try swimming ,, I was watching tv and they said that it helps to build up muscles in the whole body . look at swimmers and you will not see a very skinny one

try jogging a few miles a week. that will build up leg muscle.=]
