Who on here would use a FunAdvice tinychat room, irc channel or otherwise?

If someone were to set up something like that, would any of you be interested in using it? I mean, I don’t think it would be too terribly difficult to do, and it would allow some members to chat in a chat room without having to bother the programmers to set one up, seeing as they probably have enough on their plate. I recall some members asking about one when the site was redesigned, so yeah… Opinions?

yes i would… i could actually set up a teamspeak 3 channel now for us people with headsets.

but my opinon lies in the answer… i like to talk, not type so yeah as long as i can use my mic :)

We’d rather you didn’t setup a 3rd party service for us…sorry.

Chat is something we already built - however, we haven’t integrated it back into the new system. Given the headaches we’ve had the last few weeks (the site grew a lot, and we ordered new servers…a good kind of headache)…it just hasn’t happened yet.

In the meantime, please feel free to exchange contact details with other folks you want to keep in touch with :) I have no objects to that of course (not like we could stop people in any case.

it wouldnt have been for funadvice, just myself and anyone with a headset :p

Agreed with Matty,would be great if we could ‘funmail” people without needing to type and just talk on mic.

i would use it but it would be less annoying if they just made it into funadvice and yes i read jeremy’s thing :P
