How can I make some real friends?

Sadly, I know. But I really have no friends. I’ve tried one recently, but the best way to describe him is “A Boorish Drifter.”

He moves around a lot and has a BunCH of Girlfriends and the last time I’ve seen him was probably back in June of this year 2007. He’s MEAN and well… Boorish. Look Boorish up at m-w.com if you do not know the meaning. He is ALL that is on that LIST! So, Should I throw -out that ticking bomb or keep still as a friend and pretend not to be bothered by him?? I do all that I can to ignore him, but he’ss uhhhgg!

Anyway,

I am searching for these sort of Rare Friends:

Does NOT Include Each of the Following: Smokes, Drinks, has Boorish Friends, gets laid whenever they can, Anyone who follow ones/others ‘Issues.’ Maybe cause they think its cool or to just ‘FIT’ in. None of those, no Way! One who Curses! Everyone seems to Curse just cause its the biggest Word Trend. I HATE IT! It’s quite affending. )
A friend who are themselves. Their own Style going on. Bizarre things in common, like for say, I LOVE spiders. I mean, I Hold them in my bare hands! (and they don’t bite.) Somewhere like that.
They can’t look or be TOO Geeky/Nerdy. It confuses me into thinking ‘ Oh, so they’re into computers?’ and borring stuff?’
Someone who is outgoing, They love Fashion as I do and Love Shopping! (nothing sleazy) , umm, and Enjoy Photography. I LUV Photographers! Certain ones..
They are kind, and Loveable. & Hugs, I love Hugs! And I don’t mean Quick Second Ones! >: (

                 At First  I didn't realize it but you're Absolutely RIGHT!! I guess I DO have too many rules. And as you can see, that friend of mine, Josh, Smokes pot.

I mean, Yes, Everyone has flaws, no one is perfect. I have to admit There are things about me that keep people away because I am Intimidating and Mostly mean to boys cause they scare me. You never know what they might be thinking about you, so I make a fuss as to say “Better Back Away!” And a lot of peeps don’t understand me cause maybe I am …tooo overly intimidating. Yikes! what have I done!? I just hope that Someday I find the Correct match for me as a true Friend =) Thank you…You saved me. I was taking a little too far there. It’s just upsetting how everyone arn’t themselves and feel they have to Fit in.

        That is so rad! I love snakes too! When i was young i would dig my hands into the soil and dig up those worms.

Also, I am Self-conscious the way I look too. Some times I don’t care and Accidently Leave the house with messed hair and smeared makeup and people think i’m crazy about not looking ‘Perfect’. Anyhow, Hugs are my favorite thing. It’s just the short-short ones that get me. For example, I haven’t seen one of my cousins for 2 YEARS! can you believe that? I love her, and I was expecting a HELLLoooO hug from her, but I guess she was just being polite and giving me a short one cause her friends were waiting around for their turn. Oh well. Weeelll… i am not sure if u should throw him out as ur friend, but… i dont think he should be mean to you, and i think you deserve more respect other then just having a jerky friend pretend to be nice if he pretends oh, and i match all 5 descriptions… welll… in my opinion i do, lol

I HATE curseing too!!
I am my own self. i do NOT copy off of anyone else, and i love being me! I love my two lizards steve and junior. ummm, i like to help my lizards shed when they are shedding because i feel that they deserve to have it done for them so they odnt have to do as much as work. i love frogs, i think they are interseting and i find them amuseing to catch and relese. one time i took a frog out of a snakes mouth just to save it. i also find snakes interesting… in an odd way. the way they move, the way they live.
I am not TOO geeky or nerdy. for one, i have jock friends, i have prep friends( altough im not a fan of preps and jokcs) i have alot of punk friends and i have 1 geeky friend. also, i am not obsessed with computers and boring stuff, and im no genious.
i am outgoing… i do not LOVE fation, like i mean, i dont love going shopping, because i never get to go… my aunt never lets me shop :[ but i am very trendy and i am obsessed with the way i look also, i am a very good photographer… i LOVE taking photos, and i love making my own artwork.
i am VERY kind, and lovebale, oh… and… i LOOOVVVEEE giving AND GETTING HUGS… and not the short ones.. i like the long ones that show u care. :)

u can’t be to picky, no friend will be perfect. but i’m the same i got no friends. it sucks. I get sooo mad when i have all these people around me talking about their latest bf or all the friends or whta they did over the weekend with their friends.

well he seems really lame to me i like hanging out with ppl who dont mind looking retaterd in front of ppl i like ppl who r themsevles and like giving hugs and dont mind screaming at the top of there lungs while runinng down someones driveway! umm they have to like hot topic umm they have to be werid ummm thats bout it

I think you should start being yourself around everyone and soon enough some one will decide they really like who you are and you guys will be friends??

it is just my opinion but i think you might be having to many rules if you are a nice and understanding person then people will like you no matter what and if you don’t like something someone does ask them if they will please not do it around you most people can comply you can’t mold the perfect friends they just show up and you have to realize that everyone has flaws just like you do

OMG i could be your friend! i am kinda like you, except for the spiders part! im sorry but i dislike spides! they scare me! But trust me i am my self infront of people (i am not the most normal person, at all!)! I am very random, and i am not afriad to be. i dont care what people think about me, and i would love to be ur friend! Ohh and im not too geeky! and i am out going!
