Answer #1

I agree with thedude, call these people. That is their job anyways. And it’s actually a required thing. You have to go to school, unless your homeschooled. And it doesn’t sound like he’s gonna be homeschooled… so call and tell them whats going on.

Thanks everyone.. my boyfriend and I told my boyfriends parents because brandon is like there second son and were gunna get him to talk to school cuz austin’s mom and dad can’t legally do anything. Plus brandon was adopted by these people..

Answer #3

You can’t legally pull a child out of school that’s under the age of 18, as far as I know. Definitely call child protective services & talk to them about it.

Answer #4

Yes. If you called the cops and told them that your friend was being forced out of school and being made to work two jobs his parents would prolly get in big trouble for it. Really big trouble. That’s my opinion. Hope it helped!

Answer #5

no thats not legal…that is called truency…it could also be child absue and/or neglect…im not absolutely sure…but i do know that is not legal…also at the age of 17 he has the chose to drop out of school but if his parents are makin’ leave they can possibly be put into prision for that…have him or somebody close to him contact the local athorities or even just a guidence counclor can ussually help…well i hope this helped…wish you and him the best of luck!!!
