Friend...I wanna help!

ok I’ve been friends wit this girl for 8 years! shes like mi sister. shes an awsome person the onli bad thing is that shes over weight..she started eatin a lot since her parents divorce bout 2 years ago. she 15 and she weight aproxametly 170 pounds. shes an awsome girl and I want to help her.but not wit a diet but a life style change. what should I do?!?

yeah what they said ^ & get her 2 drink water before every meal. that way she will be 2 full 2 eat . but does she want 2 loose weight? or are you just trying 2 get her 2 without her know-ing ?

Make her eat haelthier- thats not considered a diet.

Then just get her out more… ger her to walk around places with you and stuff.

Try getting her to go places with you like doing sports also show her how to cut down on crisps chocolate and salty foods, if you are suportive she will no that shes not alone doing it

Don’t say anything to her about her weight but invite her to do active things with youu. Like join some sport at school, and since it’s summer go swimming and walk and stuff like that. Shopping’s good too there’s a ton of walking involved.
