The main usual causes are hormones and pms. Your teenage years your hormones are going crazy and its normal to have mood swings frequently and to get aggrivated. Your time of the month usually brings about mood swings also.

No offense to anyone… Sweetheart, you are about 29 years old…if it isnt your significant other, your job, or your social life or if you may have kids on top of that… then it’s an early midlife crisis…everything & everyone may be stressing you out…I would try a professional! Talking about what may be pushing you over the edge is a way to deal with unnecessary stress…and once you have done that then you will feel so much better! good luck, hope this helped!

Answer #4

Not every mood swing that comes from a women is PMS. Most of the time life is just taking its tole on her.

Answer #5

Well, sometimes it is a hormone imbalance that can cause these kind of symptoms (so just in case, you may want to check with your doctor). But it may also be a reaction to the way your life is going. Are your husband and kids driving you up the wall? Is your job the last thing you want to do? Has there been an increase in stress in your life lately (example: financial trouble or the death of a loved one)? If thats the case, then take some time away for yourself, vent to someone and try to start moving your life in the direction you want it to go. However, if that doesnt seem to fit the situation that maybe you need to change things up a bit. Change your diet and exercise more (mood swings can be your body’s response when you need to change something about your life style). You may also just be suffering from boredom. If this is the case, just make sure you do something fun everyonce and a while. Have a life outside of work and house work. Do something you enjoy at least once a week, dance, craft, hike, ect.. Last but not least, the medical side of things. Sugar fluctuation (diabetes) , Hormone imbalances (mentioned before) and thyroid problems are just a few medical reasons you could be experiencing mood changes so check in with your doctor just in case. Good luck and I hope this helps.

So here’s the thing, you should go see a doctor. It could have a lot of different causes, and some of them are physical. You want to make sure that there’s nothing serious going on. If they eliminate physical causes, then maybe you’re having a tough time dealing with stress, or there’s some sort of other psychological cause (given that we dont know you, that’s a little hard to tell). Go see a doctor to eliminate a physical cause first.
