go thro tarible mood swings

ok so I an bipoler, have anger porblomes, and have depression. and go thro tarible mood swings like from overly happy to whanting to hurt my self. and thes are vary unperdicka-able and this stress out my girlfriend I nead help to help lift the berdin alltel off of her shoulders

  1. listening to music

  2. drawing

  3. Taking a walk

  4. ect…
