Food craze!!!Help me!

Okay,on somedays I wont eat AT ALL.Then on other days,ill be normal on eating.I feel like I eat WAY too much.But when I look back on what I have eaten,I would only eat about 2 things.Right now,all of a sudden I had to raid the fridge and ate a little 100 calories brownie!I have been trying to lose some weight…but I feel like a failure..I mean im not obese I just dont like a the jiggly…But when it comes to food…I will skip it..And then I will kill for it..What do I do to increase my metabolism and help me and my figure and be healthy??? Please help.

ok I understand your issue,. im the same way. if you eat tings like hot sauces and spicy foods, that’ll def fasten your metabolism. my big brother went on this diet once and all he ate (or drank) for two weeks was lemon water with a little bit of red pepper. he siad it fastened his metabolism. I hope this helped!
