What food helps you "go"

I don’t have fast metabolism like most people. Uh…I go you know what, like ONCE a week. Sometimes two. And I’m pretty sure you’re suppose to go daily… And it’s been like that as long as I can remember.

Is there any kind of food I can eat to help this problem?

beans- lettuce- shreaded wheat always goes right through me, bran muffins, bran cereal. etc. etc.

Fiber Fiber Fiber.

Fiber One cereal, they have Fiber One bars too.

Anything with lots of fiber will help. Good to help keep you healthy, and lose weight too.

You dad is right…the TRUTH is that fruits, grains. and veggies would help you go. That real fiber.. The ones in the cereals are fake flaxitives that aren’t reall good for you I mean READ the ingredients. ITs a long list of who knows what..

Oatmeal is food and Real Bran not bran flakes and all the processed junk. LOL im try eating more apples though that always helps me.
