Im a cheerleader And a flyer So I have to be flexible. Start to work out and run aot. Do side lunges regular lunges Frong hops and run up stairs. After you do all that And want to get flexible Start to strech Do thebutterfly Right leg lunges strech it out Then do the splits as far as you can. Do the same with your left. Do hit flexers and spread your knees at like 80 degree’s and reach down. Then hop into your middle splits as far as you can. Also get diferent size mats or other thins and hop onto them both feet then hop down(without your hands) Theirs plenty more you can do to. But as for your splits Force urself down. Don’t come down if it hurts Or else you won’t strech it more. When it hurts usually your streching it.so keep doing it. If you need anything else Or any questions Funmail me.! :) Hope I helped

Im a ballerina so I ave to be flexible bt I tink I was kinda just born tat way to be honest but you deff have to work on it I think what works is: Yoga Trampolining Swimming LONG walks Running Dancing even if its just in your room Try doing the splits I tink this is the one that works the best but dont go down the full way just go down half way and when you feel your self hurting any bit at al stop!!! And just go a bit more down every day & you should be very flexible in your knee, leg & tigh area also just streching your arms will increase the muscles in your arms and try doing summersalts if your able to better off doing it on a trampoline and you wil be very flexible :D funmail me if you want more techniques :D
