How can I efficiently get a flat stomach in 2 months or less?
Im at my right weight its just I have some gross belly fat and i want to get rid of it in 2 months or less I eat clean and maybe have junk food once every week or so and i go to the gym everyday for 1 hour, and i do planks before i go to sleep, and i drink lots of water. how can i get the flat stomach?
Seventeen magazine workouts are pretty awesome:) it’s important to eat healthy foods and good proportions. Salty foods make you bloat so avoid super salty foods….
Do the sit ups regularly with a proper diet. Hope it helps!
Do regular situps, eat healthily and flex your stomach whenever you can. Like when your in a car, flex it when you stop so you dont move. Or when your simply sitting down, flex. Its actually kinda fun. Also keep drinking water and avoid sugar and when working out, push yourself. Eat low fat foods and make sure you get enough sleep. Try different types of exercises too, dont just do situps. Its ok if you do, but itd be beter if you switched it up a bit, while still targeting your stomach too.
Eat in a caloric deficit of your maintenance (500 below) to lose 1lb./week. Combine this with exercise as you already do and in 8 weeks, you should lose 8lb.+/- any water weight you might also lose.
Salty foods don’t cause bloating, they cause water retention, but only in high amounts. 40-60mg/kg is pretty safe but unless it’s for a competition you don’t need to really worry. The bloating is caused from amino acids and etc. digesting and releasing gases so it’s not bad.
As for low-fat diets, I highly recommend you not do those for more than 16 weeks if you’re pretty controlled or even 4 weeks as a beginner. Lower fat causes certain hormones to go crazy so your mood will suck releasing more cortisol and slowing down metabolism. Try a ketosis diet (high fat and protein, low-carb) or better yet, keep everything normal and just decrease calories under maintenance.
