Where would you find tofu products or meals for vegetarians at a grocery store?

Just look for items labelled vegetarian. There isnt a special isle i dont think… Just buy a buncha beans and eat that ahahaha

In the grocery stores around here they keep all the tofu products in the vegetable aisle (the fresh veggies, not the frozen), and they keep the frozen vegitarian foods in the frozen pizza aisle. Just look around those general areas - or ask a store employee :)

There are vegetarian products all over grocery stores; any food that doesn’t have any bits of animal in it is vegetarian. There are specialty vegetarian and vegan products and some of these are quite good but they are expensive and often highly processed. Amy’s makes a lot of good frozen vegetarian foods and their black bean enchiladas are excellent. Morningstar Farms makes the best fake meats. Their Chik patties, and Grillers Prime are the closest in taste and texture to real chicken and hamburger of any I’ve tried. Different grocery stores are laid out different but in most stores I’ve seen tofu is in the produce section with other vegetarian items that need to be refrigerated like vegetarian sandwich “meats” and soy cheeses.

There is usually a section where the fresh produce is for vegan foods because they are plant based, or nearby the cheese section. Also there is some goods in the frozen section it varies on where it would be in grocery stores but if you keep an eye on the freezer’s they should be in there, also some grocery stores don’t carry certain vegan items so you could just ask one of the workers where an item may be.
