Fighting at home

My family is all jacked uppp

Me and my mom get along but me and my stepdad dont

My parents will fight for no reason and then pull me into it

What do I do to stay out of there fight when I get pulled into it??

Tell Them That It Hurts You And That If They Have A Problem To Figure It Out On There Own. They Don’t need To Pull You Into There Bullshit. Sound Innocent And Hurt When You Tell Them. It Will Make Them Feel Guilty.

Tell them that it’s their fight and not yours and that you’d rather go to your room…and then just walk away…
