Sometimes people just have a “i don’t want to do anything” feeling,i have it sometimes. You should thrive to suceed in life and have a goal in life to achieve something :)

Answer #2

Not sure, perhaps you’ve become a bit lazy while out of school?

Personally, I wouldn’t do that. How are you going to have anything in life with no education, and no job? You can’t mooch off your parents, other family members, or friends for the rest of your life.

I think you should talk this out with your family or some close friends. Maybe they can persuade you to go back to school and make something of yourself.

It is normal to feel like this. A lot of people do when they have been away from a school environment for a while. You should try forcing yourself to do something, or if that really doesn’t work and you feel like you hate your life, you could take a year off and travel or get a part time job and work on music/art/ something you like doing. Don’t force yourself into anything or you will end up hating it. You’re young. You have time.

Answer #4

Well I would like to do that. Except I kinda need to make money. To eat. And survive. And all that. I think everyone would like to avoid having to work. That kinda would be nice. Except most people realize that they would like to earn money and not be dependent on other people.

Probably because your smoking dope. LOL. Just kidding. You have reach a stage of comfort that may either be temporary or permanent. That may be for a number of reasons. your bills may be paid, you may not have children yet, you may have low expenses. All these things may be temporary and the need for education is greatly needed for when things get tougher. If these are permanent then the need for education is lower, but why not do it anyway. its one thing for everyone to recognise that you are smart, brilliant or even wise, but its a totally different thing to have it on paper. Think of all the things you can tell your boss if he thinks you have no choice but to work for him/her. lol.

Because you haven’t found your wings. You don’t want to go through life doing what everyone else expects of you and you haven’t found what you want to do yet.

Thoreau observed that the mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. Most people get up in the morning when they don’t want to, go to a job they get little if any satisfaction from, to make money to buy things they don’t really care about. These people are already dead; rigor mortis just hasn’t set in yet.

You can force yourself to go through the motions; that is what most people do. A lot of what passes for maturity is resignation. Very few people find an occupation that is so rewarding that they would do it even if they didn’t have to; it is a lucky few. You should try to find something to do that does stimulate you instead of crushing your soul.

School is a pretty good place to hang out while trying to find your calling because you can learn and experience a lot of different things but don’t go if your heart isn’t into it. Joseph Campbell advised us to follow our bliss. Whatever makes us happy we should seek. When we do that good things happen and unexpected opportunities open up. I know I found this to be true in my life.
