Answer #1

It does make you loose weight, but sometimes you have to do it after every meal, there is a certain procedure you have to do to loose weight with it. But if you just eat it like any regular fruit, it should be fine.

Answer #2

awh thanks i wouldnt like to be eating them if they made you loose weight like that, im happy that eating them normally should be fine thanks!:)

Answer #3

I eat grapefruit all the time. You lose weight eating it because it’s good for you basically. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Answer #4

Just about any fruit or vegetable can help you lose weight, but that doesn’t mean you should stop eating them.

In order for you to lose weight by eating fruits and vegetables…you would have to exercise and burn calories as well. No fruit is going to magically make you lose weight by itself.

Answer #5

i heard if u eat a grapefruit with every meal you will lose wieght but idk if its true, especially since i thought sniffing bananas would make you lose wieght (wich they dont) but i dont think eating a grapefruit like you would eat and apple or an orange will make you lose wieght

Answer #6

It wont make you “lose weight”. If it’s the only thing you eat, then yeah, but I see no problem with it. The acidity could hurt your stomach if you eat too much of it, though, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.

Answer #7

really?!?!:( i lovee eating them so much though:/ luckily i have a strong tummy, but ill try not to eat them as much:)
