false pregnancy

We bred our cocker spaniel last fall and she ended up having a false pregnancy so we bred her again this spring, actually early part of June. It is now early July and she is showing all signs of pregnancy just like last time except her abdomen does not feel like she’s carrying puppies. We had her bred 3x to the same male, 3 days apart when she first came into heat. Could she be having another false pregnancy? After a month, shouldn’t you be able to tell from her abdomen if she’s pregnant? Plus she’s urinating all the time…more than last time. Help needed!

well you should just talk her to the vet and have a oltarsound insted of guessing
