Can extreme exposure to the cold make you faint?

Okay so last night at the concert i went to there was a 2 hour wait to get inside since we went early to find good places, at first it wasn’t bad butafter about ten minutes i couldn’t feel my feet or hands. I was wearing a 3/4 length denim jacket, little black dress, gloves and flat platformed shoes called creepers. After about an hour i was shaking and couldn’t walk properly and felt very weak. When it hit the stage of an hour and a half i collapse for a minute or two unable to see or hear anything, all things around me became blured and dark, everything sounded like an echo and i couldnt move. My eyes began rolling, and legs weakened. It got so bad that this girl infront of us in the line turned around, took her coat off (despite being FREEZING) and wrapped it around me, guiding me when i had to move. It only really lasted a minute or two but it was the worst feeling i have ever experienced.Eventually when we got in it took a good hour for my body heat to regulate. Was this due to the col weather or was it something else because everyone around me was fine, just very cold.
