I am sitting about 6ft. from my air conditioner. Not directly in front of it, but to the side of it. I am not freezing cold, but it is very cool in here. I have to pee really bad about every 15-30 minutes. It only happens when I am cool or cold. Why?
When you are cold this reduces the blood flow to the surface of the skin by constricting of blood vessels. This reduces the overall volume of the circulatory system and increasing blood pressure. The body's response to this is to reduce the fluid volume by getting rid of water in the urine.
