What is the explaination for this?

Ive been feeling really sick and crappy for the past couple months, but ive found out when i eat fruits and vegetables, and drink milk i feel 100% better. It’s like a miracle. But if i dont eat fruits and vegetables everyday with every meal i feel so crappy and depressed and just out of the normal, so i load up on them so i can have them everyday. Could my body be sick or have some disease and sucking away all my vitamins? Or do i have a defiencentcy (spell check) of some sort? Because i know this is not normal.. Anyone have advice? I have been having horrible headaches and pangs of where i feel like passing out vision problems and muscle spasms, thats what i mean about being sick. But when i eat all of that it doesn’t happen.

Well if you haven’t been eating right then it is normal that you’ll be feeling down and out. If this persists see a doctor. You probably have some sort of deficiency because you don’t get enough fruits and vegetables into your diet. Alternatively you could have a stomach problem which causes you to be intolerant to certain foods, fruits and vegetables usually doesn’t upset your stomach.
